Consular Camp August 2023

Eindhoven Indian Community Consortium is only responsible for providing Logistics for the camp. The services provided are part of Embassy of India Consular Services. Applicant is responsible for completeness of the application form and submission of the documents requested by the Embassy of India. VFS website can be referred to check the application process but VFS will not provide any assistance or help regarding applications done at Embassy of India Camp. EoI will process all the applications thus no VFS service charge will be applicable. Finally, EICC is not responsible for any shortcoming in your application.

1. For tracking the application you can use the website links used to generate the form (eg. Passport application can be tracked using https://passportindia.gov.in/AppOnlineProject/statusTracker/trackStatusInpNew)
2. Applicants will have two options to pick-up their documents from Embassy of India A. Self Pick-up from Embassy of India between 10am and 12noon B. Submit with application an envelope with insured mail sticker from Post NL or DHL. example - https://www.postnl.nl/en/sending/letter-or-card/insured-mail/
3. For this Camp please bring cash with you since Payment Machine is not available. You will receive email with cost per service.

The above information is used for the purpose of Consular Camp and will be deleted post the consular camp. The data will be processed in accordance to GDPR Rules.

There will be NO Copy/Printer Machine, Photo service, Laptop/Computer services provided at the camp.
